We are gearing up for a fun summer at our brick & mortar and Oval Beer Garden. We are seeking a Lead Line Cook with high attention to detail, team spirit, and the ability to work with high volumes.

Responsibilities

1. Calling out tickets during rushes.
2. Managing side work for all cooks.
3. Executing Asian American menu items and catering orders.

Qualifications

1. Experience in a similar role is required.
2. Knowledge of Asian American cuisine is a plus.
3. Vocal communication skills and ability to maintain quality and control standards.
