Job Title: Lead Line Cook at Libertee Grounds

Libertee Grounds, Philly's hyperlocal craft beer & cocktail bar featuring Asian-inspired bar eats and indoor mini golf, is gearing up for a fun summer at our brick & mortar location and the Oval Beer Garden. We are seeking a Lead Line Cook who has a high attention to detail, is a team player, and can work with high volumes.

Responsibilities:

1. Call out tickets during rushes.
2. Manage sidework for all cooks.
3. Execute our Asian American menu, which showcases authentic Asian dishes adapted for a bar setting.
4. Handle private events, including plated and buffet-style catering, and earn tips on these orders.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a professional kitchen is required.
• Knowledge of Asian American cuisine is a plus.
• Must be vocal and capable of executing quality and control standards.
