Mountain Capital Partners, LLC is seeking a Lift Operations & Activities Foreman to lead and supervise lift operators, attendants, maze controllers, and ticket checkers while ensuring safety and top-tier guest service. The role collaborates with Lift Maintenance to resolve operational issues and uphold regulatory standards.

The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety, training, and teamwork in a dynamic mountain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Foreman Qualification Test completion expected.
• Successful completion of Lift Operations, Activities Operations, and Ticket Operations training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient operation of lifts and resort activities.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate lift operators, attendants, maze controllers, and ticket checkers.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments on equipment and safety concerns.
• Ensure daily logs, inspections, and safety records are completed accurately.
• Train staff on procedures, emergency protocols, and service standards.
• Support seasonal transitions and special projects as needed.
