Job summary

Vallen Safety Services Group seeks a Lead Service Technician focused on Life Safety Services. You will install, inspect, test and maintain ITM life safety systems for established customers on a scheduled basis.

The role includes leading technicians, coordinating with customers, and ensuring proper documentation for invoicing. Requirements include high school diploma or GED, NICET II or greater, fire protection certifications, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• Experience in installation and/or maintenance, repair and service of Life Safety Systems.
• NICET II or greater certification or equivalent.
• DL with clean driving record; CDL if transporting hazmat.
• Must be able to pass drug, alcohol, background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality of service to customers and assist HTS technicians with training.
• Install and/or ITM Life Safety Systems (Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarm, Gas Detection, etc.).
• May lead other technicians and coordinate job activities with customers.
• Ensure all documentation for tasks is complete for invoicing and customer copies.
• Maintain inventories and assets; adhere to safety standards.
