Job summary

Vallen Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Lead Service Technician for Life Safety Services in the Vallen Safety Services Group. The role focuses on installing, inspecting, testing and maintaining life safety systems for established customers on a scheduled basis.

The candidate will lead technicians, coordinate with customers, and ensure all task documentation is accurately completed and ready for invoicing. Required are fire protection certifications, NICET II or higher, and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• High School or GED completed.
• NICET II or greater certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of three fire protection related certifications.
• Experience with Life Safety systems installation and ITM services.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; CDL if transporting hazmat.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to customers and assist HTS technicians with training.
• Install, inspect, test, and maintain Life Safety Systems (fire extinguishers, fire alarm, gas detection, foam, dry chemical, clean agent).
• Coordinate jobs with customers and supervise other technicians as needed.
• Ensure documentation for tasks is accurate and invoiced properly.
