Job summary

Vallen USA is seeking a Service Technician II focused on Life Safety Services. The role installs, inspects, tests, and maintains life safety systems for established customers on a scheduled basis.

You will perform on-site testing, troubleshooting, and repairs, ensuring compliance with NFPA and regulatory standards while delivering customer service and accurate documentation. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 2 fire protection certifications; familiarity with EPA, OSHA, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two certifications in a fire protection related field preferred.
• Experience or certification in Life Safety disciplines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service calls for Life Safety Systems.
• Perform testing and inspections to prescribed standards.
• Troubleshoot on-site life safety systems and provide repairs.
• Identify code issues and discrepancies.
• Prepare accurate Technician worksheets and reports.
• Install Life Safety Systems and ensure documentation for invoicing.
