Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Service Technician I in Life Safety Services to install, inspect, test, and maintain life safety systems for established customers on a scheduled basis. You will perform on-site testing and inspections, troubleshoot emergencies, and complete technician worksheets while ensuring compliance with NFPA and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum 1 Certification (manufacturing/state) in a fire protection related field.
• Experience in installation and/or maintenance of life safety systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install Life Safety Systems and conduct service calls.
• Test and inspect systems to prescribed standards.
• Perform on-site emergency troubleshooting and system maintenance.
• Prepare accurate technician worksheets and reports.
• Provide customer service related to installation/ITM of Life Safety Systems.
