Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years with annuities, insurance or financial services.
• Preferred Associates degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong analytical, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research complex transactions related to daily policyholder processing.
• Interpret tax law changes and advise departments affected by changes in taxation of annuities and life products.
• Lead problem resolutions for production system issues or customer escalations.
• Mentor team members and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate testing and validation for product enhancements impacting information reporting and withholding.
