The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, quality assurance, and system optimization within the Professional Licensing Division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with one year of admin support or technical.
• Five years of education and/or full-time experience as described; related to the role.
• Current continuous experience in the state executive branch, including 12 months as Program Assistant 1.

Responsabilités

• Direct the daily licensing operations and balance workloads.
• Review staff performance and provide feedback for staffing decisions.
• Train and onboard staff; develop cross-training and coverage plans.
• Lead background check processes and guide applicants through pre-qualification.
