Responsibilities

• Staff Supervision: Direct psychological staff, assign duties, oversee screenings, evaluations, counseling, and crisis intervention
• Program Leadership: Develop, coordinate, and improve psychological services policies and treatment programs
• Committee Oversight: Lead institutional committees reviewing clinical issues and guiding services
• Clinical Review: Evaluate tests, prepare reports, ensure accurate interpretation
• Consultation Support: Advise staff on mental health needs and treatment planning
• Professional Standards: Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements; provide expert testimony
