Job summary

• Must hold a PA psychology license or out-of-state license with eligibility for PA licensure within one year.
• Minimum one year of experience as a licensed psychologist in inmate or mental health treatment settings.
• Ability to perform essential job functions and comply with CJIS and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Direct psychological staff, oversee screenings, evaluations, counseling and crisis intervention.
• Develop, coordinate and improve psychological services policies, procedures and programs.
• Lead institutional committees that review clinical issues and guide operations.
• Evaluate diagnostic tests, prepare reports, and ensure accurate interpretation.
• Advise staff on mental health needs and lead treatment planning discussions.
• Ensure accreditation compliance and provide expert testimony when needed.
