Considine Search is seeking an Architect to design, build, and maintain AI-enabled workflows and tools across three lanes: embedded with practice groups, building centralized solutions, and hands-on with implementations.

Responsibilities include triage, designing AI templates, validating outputs, and translating technical concepts for senior legal stakeholders, with a focus on analytics and ROI.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in legal tech, operations, or professional services.
• Ability to read code at a functional level, reviewing output.
• Strong writing and communication, engaging with partners.
• Deep understanding of legal workflows in a large law firm.
• AI tool fluency with a verification-first mindset.
• Quantitative analytics and ROI framing experience.
• Client-service orientation, multitasking under tight timelines.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own intake and triage for requests, identify patterns for productization.
• Design, build, validate AI workflows and templates.
• Embed with practice groups to understand legal workflows.
• Validate outputs against precedents and edge cases; document limitations.
• Conduct usage and cost analytics; translate findings into recommendations.
• Review developer output and translate between technical and legal stakeholders.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required by management.
