Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Leave of Absence Program Administrator to manage FMLA, CFRA, CFDA/ PWFA and ADA accommodations across multiple offices. You will handle the full lifecycle of leave cases, collaborate with HR, payroll, legal and third‑party administrators, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting a positive employee experience.

The role requires extensive LOA experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience administering leave of absence programs incl. ADA accommodations.
• Experience with multi-state PFML administration preferred.
• Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS) designation or willingness to obtain.
• PHR/SHRM-CP or related HR certification preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, CFDA/PWFA, ADA and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for leaves of absence and benefits inquiries.
• Administer leaves across multiple locations and business centers.
• Manage end‑to‑end leave lifecycle: eligibility, tracking, benefits coordination, payroll impact, and return-to-work.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, legal, and third-party administrators.
• Maintain accurate leave records and perform regular data audits.
• Support payroll processes and analyze leave-related transactions.
• Prepare reports on leave, accommodations and compliance for HR leadership.
• Develop and update SOPs and process documentation.
