Job summary

MarketStar, headquartered in Utah, is seeking a Leave of Absence and Accommodation Specialist to join our People Success team. You will own end-to-end leave of absence and workplace accommodation programs across the United States, ensuring compliance with FMLA, PWFA, ADA, and state laws while maintaining a positive employee experience.

You will partner with HR, managers, and stakeholders, manage case records in HRIS and ensure timely communications, while staying current on regulatory changes

Qualifications

4+ years of progressive experience administering leave and accommodations.
Comprehensive knowledge of FMLA, PWFA, ADA and state leave laws.
Experience managing ADA interactive process and documentation.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary owner for leave of absence and workplace accommodation programs.
Administer end-to-end leave and accommodation processes.
Communicate requirements, deadlines, and statuses to employees and managers.
Maintain confidential case records in HR systems.
Monitor cases for timely follow-up and compliance.
