United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Leave of Absence Associate to own and elevate global leave programs, ensuring a seamless, empathetic experience for employees through every life moment. You will partner with People Partners, Payroll, and Benefits to optimize workflows and scale programs as we grow.

The role requires on-site presence at our San Mateo, CA office five days a week, with a focus on compliance, analytics, and data-driven improvements to Leave and Benefits operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in global leave administration, benefits operations, or HR operations with hands-on leave ownership.

Responsibilities

• Administer global leave programs including parental, medical, and statutory leaves in compliance with laws.
• Own full leave lifecycle from intake through return-to-work.
• Develop and scale international leave processes partnering with local teams and vendors.
• Support workplace accommodations with legal, payroll, and People Partners.
• Lead pay audits and top-up calculations for leave cases.
