LifeStance Health Inc. is hiring a Manager of Leave & Benefits Administration to lead a team of five professionals and manage the end-to-end administration of health, leave, and retirement programs.

The role ensures rigorous compliance with FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and ACA while collaborating with payroll, legal, and finance to resolve complex issues. The position offers remote work in the USA, with a focus on process improvement, stakeholder management, and accurate, timely service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience.
• 5+ years in benefits or leave administration.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with Workday and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5 benefits and leave professionals.
• Oversee health and welfare program administration including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability and retirement plans.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, ACA and state leave regulations.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR Partners, Legal and Finance on complex cases.
• Drive process improvements and optimize HR systems and workflows.
