Zusammenfassung

Databricks is seeking a Lead Learning Product Specialist to own the platform learning experience for customers, partners, and internal practitioners. You will shape the in-product journeys, training, and AI-assisted guidance to help data and AI teams build skills and confidence on the Databricks platform.

You will work with engineering, UX, curriculum, and GTM teams to translate pedagogy into scalable capabilities, including adaptive learning, assessments, and analytics that prove skill

Qualifikationen

• 5–8+ years in product management or learning platforms.
• Experience owning a product area end to end: strategy, PRDs, shipping features.
• Experience building or working on learning systems, LMS, or education analytics.
• Strong UX collaboration with designers and researchers.
• Comfort with data: metrics, experiments, analytics to understand learning outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first learning systems.
• Design experiences surfaced when users need it, triggered by work context.
• Translate learning goals into platform capabilities: learner models, skills graphs, progress tracking, assessments, feedback.
• Collaborate with UX and content design to create embedded guidance in workflows.
• Partner with platform teams to ensure secure, scalable learning systems for enterprise.
• Define analytics and predictive signals to identify skill gaps and guide interventions.
• Build enablement features for at-scale personalization using AI and automation.
• Provide dashboards and insights on skills and progress toward roles and org goals.
• Work with education and curriculum teams to enable self-service config for new experiences.
• Engage with customers and partners to translate needs into product requirements.
