Job summary

Databricks Inc. seeks a Lead Learning Product Manager to own the platform learning experience for customers, partners, and internal practitioners. You’ll bridge product, UX, and learning science to create systems enabling teams to build skills on the Databricks platform.

You’ll define how users discover, practice, and demonstrate skills across journeys, training, and AI-assisted guidance, collaborating with engineering, curriculum, and GTM teams to translate pedagogy into scalable capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in product management, UX-focused roles, or learning platforms.
• Experience owning a product area end to end: strategy, PRDs, engineering collaboration, shipping features.
• Experience with learning systems, LMS, analytics, or in-product guidance.
• Strong UX instincts; work with designers/researchers on flows and content.
• Comfort with data: metrics, experiments, and user behavior analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; advocate for learners.
• Experience with AI-powered learning or integrating LLMs into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first learning on Databricks.
• Design experiences that surface knowledge when users need it, using real work context.
• Translate pedagogical goals into platform capabilities: learner models, skills graphs, assessments.
• Partner with UX/content design to embed guidance within workflows.
• Collaborate with platform teams to ensure reliable, scalable learning systems for global customers.
• Define predictive signals and analytics for skill gaps and proactive interventions.
• Build tooling for enablement teams to deliver personalized learning at scale using AI.
• Provide dashboards and in-product insights for leaders on skills and progress.
• Work with education and curriculum teams to empower self-service configuration.
• Engage with customers and partners to convert needs into clear requirements.
