Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to accelerate adoption of its Data Intelligence Platform across strategic accounts. You will coordinate with sales, field engineering, and professional services to guide complex workloads from onboarding to production, ensuring customer success and value realization.

The role requires deep technical leadership in data systems, strong program management, and the ability to travel up to 30% to engage with customers across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects/programs in Data and AI.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
• Understanding of distributed data systems and solution architecture.
• Experience delivering complex programmes/projects with stakeholder management and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand plans for prioritised customers.
• Lead post-technical-win account strategy and execution for major use cases and strategic accounts.
• Be the accountable technical lead for use cases across multiple teams, driving onboarding, enablement, and healthy consumption.
• Be the first contact for production/go-live issues and coordinate with PS and expert teams as needed.
• Develop execution plans covering all customer-facing technical activities and work streams.
