Job summary
Colorado In Motion seeks an Associate Director of Instructional Media and Technology to lead strategy and implementation of EIM’s educational technology ecosystem for hybrid and online learning. You will oversee an EdTech team and partner with LDT, Learning Designers, and University Partners to boost curriculum development and user experience.
The role drives standards for accessibility, performance, and instructional quality; develops templates and tools; and champions AI and accessibility
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
- Experience supporting online courses in an LMS (5+ years).
- Knowledge of product development lifecycles in education.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate technologies against goals.
- Experience in two or more: web development, EdTech admin, UI/UX, multimedia.
Responsibilities
- Lead EdTech strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement.
- Develop standards for accessibility, performance, and quality.
- Oversee EdTech systems administration and tooling.
- Partner with Learning Designers and UP stakeholders to meet needs.
- Drive adoption strategies for new technologies and workflows.
