EDUCAUSE seeks a Director of Data Analytics to lead our analytics strategy and teams, translating data into actionable business insights. You will oversee governance, tools, and methodologies to enable data-driven decisions and measurable value across the organization.

You will mentor analysts and data scientists, collaborate with IT and governance, and drive the continuous improvement of analytics capabilities while ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience analyzing datasets and creating effective data visuals for leadership.
• Ability to translate data into executive-level summaries and plans.
• Proven collaboration with IT, governance, and business stakeholders.
