Job summary

You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, set milestones, drive schedules, lead productive meetings, and communicate project status, risk analyses, and decisions to leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in industrial, mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
• 3-5 years of industrial or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Knowledge in Lean Principles and/or Six Sigma or other problem solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to improve the distribution center’s throughput and customer service.
• Lead cross-functional projects with internal and external teams; own objectives and targets.
• Partner with internal teams, stakeholders and external vendors to set priorities, milestones, and schedules.
• Lead effective meetings; drive discussions and align decisions.
• Generate cost-effective, high-quality solutions within compressed timelines.
• Communicate project status, risk analysis and mitigation plans clearly to leadership.
• Provide concise summaries of project progress for leadership.
