Job summary

HIGHRIDGE Inc. in Olive Branch, MS is seeking an Operations Engineer to identify and lead process improvement initiatives in our distribution center, enhancing customer service and increasing throughput through lean manufacturing methods.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, set milestones, drive schedules, lead productive meetings, and communicate project status, risk analyses, and decisions to leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in industrial, mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
• 3-5 years of industrial or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Knowledge in Lean Principles and/or Six Sigma or other problem solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to improve the distribution center’s throughput and customer service.
• Lead cross-functional projects with internal and external teams; own objectives and targets.
• Partner with internal teams, stakeholders and external vendors to set priorities, milestones, and schedules.

## Operations EngineerApplylocations: US MS Olive Branchtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 2 Days Agojob requisition id: JR100074Operations EngineerPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:· Identify and lead process improvement initiatives that improve the Distribution center’s ability to deliver exceptional customer service and optimize internal processes to increase throughput.· Work independently with internal and external teams to identify high impact projects and act as owner in delivering on project objectives and targets.· Partner with internal teams, stakeholders and external vendors to set project priorities, establish milestones, and drive schedules to meet deadlines.· Lead effective meetings by setting objectives, putting the right people in the room and driving detailed business and technical discussions/alignment.
