Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking experienced Crew Leaders to oversee field crews in our Maintenance division. You will manage all phases of a job from start to completion, ensuring safety, proper tools, and training for every crew member.

Responsibilities include supervising lawn maintenance activities, completing daily pre-trip inspections, coordinating with branch management and customers, and safely transporting crews to worksites. Strong English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a crew providing landscaping or related services.
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish a plus.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to branch or first job site.
• Safe driving record; MVR check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all lawn maintenance service activities of the crew and ensure safety, training, and proper tools.
• Complete a pre-trip inspection report each day.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed.
• Safely drive crews to and from jobs while following safety policies.
