Job summary

Vestis® is seeking a production supervisor to oversee daily production activities in our industrial laundry environment. You will supervise a small team, ensure safety guidelines are followed, optimize workflow, and help meet production goals and profitability objectives.

In this role you will train staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with plant and production managers to maintain high standards, strong employee relations, and adherence to policies across shifts.

Qualifications

• Capability to work safely in a fast paced, loud environment.
• Reading and understanding work instructions in English.
• Basic Math reasoning skills.
• Attendance record is important.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned area of production responsibility.
• Trains new and existing employees on safety and policy related topics.
• Monitors work activities and ensures safety policies are followed.
• Participates in production meetings and supports continuous improvement.
