Qualifications

• Two years of industrial laundry experience.
• Familiarity with production team language.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned area of production responsibility as scheduled in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitors work activities in assigned area and ensures company safety policies are followed.
• Trains new and existing employees on safe and efficient production practices.
• Attends departmental and market center meetings to engage and complete education and training.
• Develops and maintains positive employee relations by applying company policies across the work group.
• Identifies and recommends production improvement strategies to enhance equipment and worker performance.
• Creates and supports a culture of adherence to market center standardization for safety and goals.
• Other duties as assigned by plant/production or general manager.
• Supervises the following department areas and may assist with activities as needed: Receive and Soil Sort/Classification; Wash Dry Aisle; Garment Finishing/Sortation; Bundle and Distribution.
