Qualifications

• Lifting up to 50 pounds; Push/Pull up to 300 pounds assisted.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned area of production responsibility in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitors work activities and ensures safety policies are followed.
• Trains new and existing employees on safe and efficient production practices.
• Attends departmental and market center meetings to engage and train.
• Develops and maintains positive employee relations and enforces company policies.
• Identifies and recommends production improvements to enhance equipment and worker performance.
• Creates adherence to market center standardization supporting safety and goals.
• Other duties as assigned by plant/production or general manager.
