The role requires coordinating with the plant and production manager, training staff, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Strong English comprehension and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Capable of working safely in a fast-paced loud environment.
• Proven attendance record and reliability.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions in English.
• Basic math reasoning skills required for production tasks.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 300 pounds assisted.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned area of production responsibility as scheduled in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitors work activities and ensures safety policies and work rules are followed.
• Trains new and existing employees on safe and efficient production practices.
• Attends departmental and market center meetings for education and training.
• Develops positive employee relations and enforces company policies.
• Identifies production improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
