Qualifications

• Capability to read and understand work instructions in English.
• Basic Math reasoning skills.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds; Push/Pull up to 300 pounds assisted.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned area of production responsibility as scheduled in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitors work activities in assigned area and ensures safety policies are followed.
• Trains new and existing employees on safe and efficient production practices.
• Attends departmental and market center meetings to engage and complete education and training.
• Develops and maintains positive employee relations by applying company policies.
• Identifies and recommends production improvement strategies to the plant/production manager.
