Responsibilities

• Oversees daily production activities in assigned department(s) to meet production goals.
• Supervises production workers to ensure standards and policies are followed.
• Trains new and existing employees on safe and efficient production practices.
• Attends meetings to support education and training and improve processes.
• Identifies production improvements to enhance equipment and worker performance and product quality.
