Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking Large Loss Team Members to lead restoration crews on high-volume commercial and residential losses. You will oversee field activities, coordinate equipment and materials, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role requires flexibility for extended hours, overtime, and potential travel for large-loss deployments. Strong leadership and customer-service focus are essential to support storm response and emergency projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in restoration, construction, cleaning, or related field.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restoration technicians on large-loss projects.
• Coordinate and direct field crews safely and efficiently.
• Assign daily work activities and priorities to team members.
• Perform water, fire, mold, storm, and other restoration services.
• Manage mobilization/demobilization of crews and equipment for large-loss and storm projects.
• Monitor crew productivity and adjust to keep projects on schedule.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate with stakeholders.
• Train and mentor Restoration Technicians and onboard new staff.
