PRO Fire and Water Restoration Company dba SERVPRO of Evergreen Park/South Chicago City is seeking a Large Loss Business Development & Project Manager (PM). The PM will drive franchise services in the assigned territory and lead commercial large loss projects.

Responsibilities include client outreach, job scoping, and coordinating resources to meet timelines and safety standards. The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Project Management experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience in property and casualty claim adjusting and/or restoration, including commercial large loss.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Xactimate and T&M software a plus.
• Detail oriented with emphasis on project management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; can present to individuals and groups.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure workforce utilization and timely documentation.
• Advanced problem-solving for scheduling, customer requests, and conflicts.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly in professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Franchise services in assigned territory to meet sales goals.
• Develop customer base through regular contact, visits, and follow-ups.
• Provide pretesting, scoping of services, and accurate job estimates.
• Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs to ensure client satisfaction.
• Direct operations of designated large loss projects and serve as primary contact for stakeholders.
• Coordinate daily management and planning to ensure timely project completion.
