• 7+ years of Commercial and Residential Water Mitigation/Mold Experience.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Problem Solver with ability to resolve issues on job sites.
• IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) preferred.
• High Integrity/Trustworthy with sound ethics.
• Influencer/interpersonal skills for team coordination.
• Strong Communicator with clear written and verbal skills.

• Proven ability to manage and lead teams on large loss sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall management and execution of large loss mitigation projects.
• Negotiate and contract scope of work with trade partners.
• Communicate daily with Large Loss Coordinator on status, labor, and consumables.
• Define project schedule and track progress.
• Identify and resolve job-site challenges to facilitate completion.
• Send daily written updates to all stakeholders.
• Maintain project quality controls and job-site appearance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site.
• Source labor and equipment as needed.
• Conduct weekly project team meetings and hand off to reconstruction teams.
