Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise landscape operations at client sites, managing a 2–5 person crew to deliver high-quality service. Responsibility includes overseeing maintenance, installation, irrigation, and seasonal color work, while ensuring safety and client satisfaction.

You will lead day-to-day site activities, train crew members, and coordinate with Operations Manager to optimize service delivery and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee landscape operations at client sites with 2–5 crew members.
• Maintain schedules and ensure service quality meets BrightView standards.
• Communicate with Operations Manager; train and develop crew.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and log time and usage.
• Lead safety practices and coordinate with branches as needed.
