Job summary

Confidential Client in Michigan is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to lead our Landscape Production Division, scheduling, execution and the completion of design/build projects. You will provide technical leadership and oversee internal crews and subcontractors to ensure quality and timelines.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in landscape or construction PM and 3+ years of leadership within a production-focused environment, with knowledge of LMN and plant material terminology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of landscape or construction project management experience within a company generating $3M+ in annual revenue.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing a production division or similar operational team.
• Strong understanding of high-end residential landscape design/build processes or similar construction environments.
• Basic knowledge of plant material and procurement terminology.
• Proven experience managing multiple crews and subcontractor teams simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Landscape Production Division, including project scheduling, execution, and completion of all construction and design/build projects.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex landscape construction projects.
• Utilize LMN to track job costing, production efficiency, and data-driven decision making.
• Manage and coordinate internal crews and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and project timelines are met.
• Oversee subcontractor services for maintenance clients including irrigation, lawn care, and plant care.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure projects meet company standards and client expectations.
