Pro-Mow Lawn Care & Landscaping is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction/Hardscape Foreman to lead crews in turning designs into finished outdoor spaces. You’ll own projects in the field, guide your team, and ensure craftsmanship meets specifications.

You are a hands-on leader who keeps projects moving, prioritizes safety, and takes pride in workmanship. This role requires physical work, occasional weekend hours, and a commitment to our core values of Team First, Motivated to Move

Qualifications

• Experience in New Lawn, Drain Tile, Softscape, and Hardscape Installation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold team members accountable.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Desire to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees to execute landscape installations according to design specifications and work orders.
• Collaborate effectively with the Landscape Manager/Project Manager to ensure project success.
• Operate and maintain vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure a safe and clean job site at all times.
• Train and develop crew members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to meet project deadlines.
• Adapt to various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
