Job summary

Business Resources One in Southeast Michigan is seeking a Landscaping Project Manager to lead operations, logistics, and multiple crews on high-quality landscaping and hardscaping projects.

You will drive project success by communicating daily with foremen, ensuring safety compliance, and building strong, trusting relationships to support crews, with winter snow and ice management included.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in hardscaping and landscaping operations.
• Proven management background with ability to oversee multiple crews.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for a team-focused environment.
• Excellent time and priority management with high attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work long hours including Saturdays; 24/7 availability during snow and ice events.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and oversee daily operations for up to three crews for efficient project execution.
• Coordinate logistics, materials, and tools for projects and prepare for next-day and weekly work.
• Communicate daily project goals to foremen while maintaining safety and best practices.
• Support crew members by building trust and administering annual performance reviews.
• Direct snow and ice management operations during the winter season.

• Support crew members by building trust, cultivating strong relationships, and administering annual performance reviews.
• Direct snow and ice management operations during the winter season.

Requirements

• Significant hands‑on experience in both hardscaping and landscaping operations.
• Proven management and leadership background with the ability to effectively oversee multiple crews simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills to cultivate a trusting, team‑focused environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent time and priority management skills.
• Valid driver's license alongside a customer-focused, self‑starting, driven, and humble mentality.
• Willingness to work necessary schedules, including long hours and Saturdays during peak seasons, as well as 24/7 availability during snow and ice management events.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience.
