Job summary

Red Leaf Developments, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to manage day-to-day field operations on high-end pool and landscape projects. You will supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure quality on-site.

The Foreman is the on-site leader, upholding safety, solving problems in real time, and ensuring projects meet quality and professionalism standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a construction leadership role (Foreman, Crew Lead, or Superintendent).
• Plumbing or irrigation experience required.
• Experience in pool, landscape, or hardscape construction strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and jobsite coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Clear communication with a professional, client-focused demeanor.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace; Smartsheet or similar PM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities for assigned projects.
• Supervise and coordinate field crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain jobsite cleanliness.
• Monitor project schedules and flag potential delays.
• Track material quantities, equipment needs, and site logistics.
• Maintain daily reports, progress photos, as-built documentation, and inspection records.
• Resolve field issues and complete punch-lists promptly.
• Verify work matches construction plans and company standards.
• Represent Red Leaf professionally with clients, inspectors, neighbors, and trades.
