Job summary

Landmark Aquatic seeks a Foreman to lead pool construction projects, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure on-site safety and quality. You will read blueprints, set reference points, and manage daily field activities across multiple sites.

The role requires OSHA 30, the ability to lift 50 lbs, weekend/extended hours if needed, and travel as required. Landmark emphasizes teamwork, safety, and delivering exceptional aquatic facilities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 30 Certification is required.
• Pass background and drug screening.
• Travel out of town (by vehicle, flight or other means).
• Work weekends or extended hours if necessary.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills and foster positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work.
• Communicate, manage, and work as a team player.
• Ensure teams and subcontractors are executing and complying with contracted scope of work.
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
• Read and interpret pool blueprints/plans.
• Set batter boards and reference points for finish walls and set backs.
