Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking a seasoned crew supervisor to lead a 2–5 laborers on commercial landscape installations, with potential to lead multiple crews on larger projects. You will coordinate with general contractors, read plans, and ensure safety on site.

You will operate equipment (skid steer, trencher, backhoe), handle material requests, manage daily payroll and uphold company standards, uniforms, and customer service. Must lift 60 lbs and endure extreme weather.

Qualifications

Experience leading 2–5 laborers on landscape installations.
Ability to coordinate with general contractor on-site.
Expert knowledge of landscape and irrigation installation methods.
Proficient in reading construction drawings and field layout.
Must lift up to 60 pounds and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

Take direction from the superintendent.
Sod laying, planting, sprinkler installation, digging, trenching, watering, fertilizing.
Operate tractors, rototillers and miscellaneous hand tools.
Complete and submit work orders and daily payroll timesheets.
Inspect and maintain assigned equipment and vehicles.
Promote safety culture and provide courteous customer service.
Work with management and field personnel; perform other duties as assigned.
