Job summary

BrightView is seeking an Enhancement Crew Leader to guide a hand‑picked team on landscape installations and maintenance projects. You will lead site inspections, supervise crew members, and ensure safety standards while coordinating schedules and equipment usage.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of landscape install experience and at least 1 year of supervising 2+ people, with strong leadership and experience in lawn care and landscaping.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscape install experience.
• 1+ year of experience managing 2+ person crew.
• At least 1 year of lawn care and landscaping experience; supervisory experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring efficiency and maintaining client standards.
• Conducting site inspections, providing hands-on leadership, guidance for soil, planting, watering, insect control.
• Driving and maintaining vehicles, training personnel with emphasis on safety, handling schedules, reviewing charts and reports.
