Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Landscape Foreman to oversee the installation of landscape upgrades for commercial maintenance accounts. You will lead crews on active job sites, read blueprints, and coordinate material delivery to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Bilingual (Spanish) is strongly preferred, and a valid driver's license is required for fleet vehicles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of landscape or construction experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing crews on active job sites.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic.
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly job site inspections and complete job site checklists.
• Oversee installation of landscape, irrigation, and site development materials.
• Schedule and coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Ensure crew productivity, quality control, and compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist in job scheduling and manage coordination with subcontractors.
• Lead weekly tailgate safety meetings and ensure employee attendance.
• Enforce on-site safety practices, including traffic hazard reviews, PPE checks and safety training.
• Maintain hazardous communication folders with chemical safety forms.
