Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Landscape Foreman to oversee the installation of landscape upgrades for commercial maintenance accounts. The role requires leading crews on active job sites, reading blueprints, and coordinating material deliveries to ensure timely, high‑quality work while enforcing safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of landscape or construction experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced outdoor

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or landscape installation.
• Proven leadership experience managing crews on active job sites.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
• First Aid certification or ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of landscape upgrades on commercial maintenance accounts.
• Conduct weekly job site inspections and complete checklists.
• Schedule and coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Ensure crew productivity, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Assist in job scheduling and coordination with subcontractors.
• Lead weekly tailgate safety meetings and ensure attendance.
• Enforce on-site safety practices and conduct safety assessments.
• Maintain hazardous communication folders and report unsafe behavior.
• Submit accident reports per company policy.
• Safeguard company assets and ensure proper use of materials and tools.
