Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC in Myrtle Beach, SC seeks a Landscape Foreman to oversee the installation of landscape upgrades for commercial maintenance accounts. You will lead crews on active job sites, read blueprints, coordinate materials, and enforce safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or landscape installation.
• Proven leadership experience managing crews on active job sites.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• The BVG Landscape Foreman oversees the installation of landscape upgrades for commercial maintenance accounts.
• Conduct weekly job site inspections and complete job site checklists.
• Oversee installation of landscape, irrigation, and site development materials.
• Schedule and coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Ensure crew productivity, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Assist in job scheduling and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Lead weekly tailgate safety meetings and ensure attendance.
• Enforce on-site safety practices and perform safety checks on PPE and hazards.
• Maintain hazardous communication folders and report unsafe behavior or incidents.
• Submit accident reports and safeguard company assets.
