Job summary

Cornerstone Tree Farm in Florida is seeking an Experienced Landscape Install Crew Leader to supervise a crew of landscape installation professionals. You will coordinate daily tasks, ensure installation quality, and maintain positive client and contractor relationships throughout the project.

The role requires strong leadership, planning and communication, the ability to read landscape plans, and a readiness to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a landscape installation crew leader or supervisor.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and construction documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of landscape installation practices, materials, and equipment.
• Experience with irrigation installation preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred).
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and operate landscape equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Train, supervise, and coach crew members; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Job Site Management: Review plans, ensure tools and materials are ready, supervise installation tasks, and enforce quality checks.
• Client & Contractor Communication: Provide updates, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships with clients and general contractors.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct daily checks, and report incidents promptly.
