Job summary
Cornerstone Solutions Group in Florida is seeking an Experienced Landscape Install Crew Leader to oversee a crew of landscape installation professionals, coordinate daily project tasks, and ensure installation quality.
You will read plans, supervise planting, sod installation, grading, and other tasks while maintaining strong client and contractor relationships and upholding safety standards on-site throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience leading a landscape installation crew or similar supervisory role.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and construction documents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and contractors.
- Commitment to safety with adherence to PPE and site regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a landscape installation crew, assign tasks, and provide coaching.
- Review project plans and ensure tools and materials are ready for execution; supervise planting, sod, grading.
- Communicate progress and issues to clients, general contractors, and project managers.
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct daily safety checks, and address hazards on site.
