Job summary

PureGreen Land Group in Belville, NC seeks a Crew Leader - Landscape Installation to oversee daily operations and develop a field crew. You will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and per design specifications while upholding PureGreen quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in landscape installation or construction preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct a landscape installation crew to complete projects safely.
• Plan daily scope of work and ensure efficient crew scheduling.
• Motivate crew members while maintaining productivity and quality.
• Ensure installations meet design specifications and standards.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies.
