Job summary

Currin Outdoor Living seeks a hands-on Landscape Garden Install Leader to guide our crew and bring high-end landscapes to life across the Triangle. You’ll work with designers and operations to transform designs into thriving outdoor spaces.

The ideal candidate loves plants, motivates teammates, and can manage daily tasks, equipment, and safety on site. A strong focus on quality and teamwork will help grow our premium brand and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2 years landscape installation experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Ability to operate basic landscape equipment.
• Experience driving a light-duty dump truck and trailer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a crew of 2–4 teammates.
• Turn detailed landscape designs into tangible gardens.
• Track daily tasks, hours, and materials.
• Operate equipment like mini excavators, skid steers, and compactors.
• Maintain safe, organized tools, trucks, and shop.
• Communicate with the production manager to keep projects on schedule.
