Job summary

Nature First Landscaping is seeking a hands-on Field Supervisor to lead on-site enhancement and installation projects in the Triangle area. You will oversee planting, drainage, and hardscape work, ensuring top-quality results and safety compliance.

This leadership role also involves mentoring a small crew and coordinating daily site activities. The ideal candidate has proven landscape installation experience, is willing to obtain an NC Pesticide license, and holds a valid NC driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience leading landscape installation crews.
• Willingness to obtain NC Pesticide Applicator's License.
• Valid NC driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate installation crew, emphasizing safety and efficiency.
• Read and interpret plans to install plantings, sod, drainage, and hardscapes.
• Plan daily work, coordinate equipment, and manage start-up/shut-down.
• Lead by example in digging, tilling, planting, and material handling.
• Maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment; operate company vehicles safely.
• Submit daily timesheets and communicate with the office.
