Job summary

BrightView is seeking an Enhancement Crew Leader to lead our landscape enhancement team. You will supervise crew members, ensure project quality, and uphold safety standards while coordinating day-to-day activities on client sites.

You’ll oversee soil preparation, planting, watering and insect control, train crew on safety, and manage schedules and equipment usage. The role requires hands-on leadership and a commitment to excellence in landscape maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscape installation experience.
• 1 year minimum managing a 2+ person crew.
• At least 1 year of lawn care/landscaping experience; supervisory experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficiency and client standards are met.
• Conduct site inspections, provide hands-on leadership, and guide soil, planting, watering and insect control.
• Drive and maintain vehicles, train personnel with a strong emphasis on safety, and manage schedules; review charts and reports.
